All Swift Alarms systems meet all the requirements necessary for Central Station Monitoring. Monitoring is achieved by connection to an ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre) by telephone and/or radio link. The ARC will alert keyholders and/or the Police if the system is activated.

ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre)

The system constantly monitors not only for the Intruder Alarm Signal but also system Faults, and signals back to the ARC if there is a trigger. We will specify the choice for signalling to meet your requirements & can install Dualcomm or BT Redcare, Details below:

Both continuously monitors your telephone line day and night and informs the monitoring station if and when an alarm is set off or if anyone tries to interfere with it.

Dualcomm signals are transmitted via Radio and the back up transmission is via existing telephone lines. RedCARE signals are transmitted over existing telephone lines but travel over the BT Redcare network. Both Dualcomm and Redcare detect any problems such as malicious line cutting or radio failure that may stop the alarm communicating with the ARC.
