Equal Opportunities Policy Statement
The company aims to ensure the following:
- No job applicant or employee receives less favourable treatment on the
grounds of his or her race, ethnic origin, nationality, sex, marital status,
sexual orientation, religion, beliefs or disability.
- No applicant or employee is placed at any disadvantage on the above
grounds that are not justifiable in law under the relevant legislation.
Should an employee feel or consider that they have been disadvantaged
because of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation or disability, they should not
hesitate to report the matter to their line manager or the managing director, so
that the issue can be investigated and resolved.
Should an employee have a disability, they should notify their line manager so
that reasonable adjustments to their working environment can be considered.
The company does not and will not tolerate any racist, sexist or disability
harassment. Anyone found acting in such a way will face immediate
disciplinary action that could include dismissal. Everyone has a duty to report
any such behaviour to any member of the management. We actively promote
non-discriminatory behaviour and we will not tolerate any behaviour contrary
to current sex, race or disability discrimination legislation.
