Our strategy is to undertake the design, installation and maintenance of electronic fire, security, gate automation and all allied systems in accordance with best professional practices. To engineer reliable, high quality solutions that offer excellent value for money. To provide our customers with a reliable and effective after-sales service at all levels.

The key to our success in a competitive environment is to continually strive to increase customer satisfaction:

  • The company is a recognised NSI Fire GOLD installer of fire alarm systems and an NSI NACOSS GOLD installer of security systems – the highest standard achievable. Therefore, all employees are committed to meeting the regulatory, legal and environmental expectations of the industry that have been agreed by insurers, police, fire & rescue service, professional institutions and all relevant trade associations. 
  • The company provides an environment to encourage employees at all levels to direct their abilities to the benefit of the organisation and to achieve their own personal goals. We believe that a policy such as this attracts the best people in our field. 
  • Management keep fully abreast of technological changes and innovations that may be of benefit to existing markets and provide a direction to new business areas. 
  • Measures are in place in essential core areas of the business to indicate our overall performance. This includes the monitoring of all key business functions; Cash flow, sales achievement and capital expenditure. In addition, processes to check our performance in complaint resolution, false alarm statistics management, routine maintenance and call-out handling are all in place. This data is compiled to enable us to determine whether we are meeting and exceeding customer expectations, this being our constant aim. 

To assist us in our aim to continually improve quality and our overall levels of customer service, we have developed and implemented a quality management system that complies with the requirements of International Standard ISO 9001:2000 and NACOSS Quality Schedule SSQS101.
