A Brief History

Swift Auto-Gates was established in 1987 to manage and develop special projects and all other related non-core business. This included the design and installation of power operated commercial and residential gates, together with rising bollards, road blockers, parking revenue and associated traffic management systems. In 2007 Swift acquired South London based SG Auto-Gates and now trades as Swift Auto-Gates.

Today’s Company

Today, Swift Auto-gates is one of the UK’s largest designers, installers and maintainers of power-operated gates, rising bollards, road blockers, parking revenue and traffic management systems. Unlike the majority of our competitors, we have our own in-house civil engineering and building team who are directly employed by the company. This means that we are able to directly manage and control all aspects of an installation, from initial design and installation, through to routine maintenance and reactive after sales service. This we believe provides our customers with a level of quality and service unequalled within our market sector.
