Operating from our modern office, stores and workshop complex in Kent, our sales, installation and service staff are all totally equipped to provide a prompt and efficient service nationwide.
Service is available 24 hours a day 365 days of the year, delivered by our highly experienced engineering team operating from our modern, well equipped vehicle fleet. Our vehicles are permanently tracked, enabling us to efficiently dispatch the most appropriate service team to your premises.
Each member of our management, sales and engineering teams is equipped with a smart mobile telephone so as to ensure that good communications and excellent customer service is maintained at all times. Key management, sales and engineering staff are also equipped with the latest generation laptop PCs and hand-held data and communication terminals enabling critical data to be transmitted and received by our field based staff.
