Over the past decade, the Swift Alarms Group has grown to become one of the UK's leading independently owned electronic fire and security organisations. In fact, the past three years have been by far our most successful in our 34 years of trading. We currently install and maintain many thousands of fire and security systems throughout the UK and our fire suppression systems business also operates within Continental Europe and beyond.

We are currently keen to acquire well established, good quality, fire and security businesses in the following areas: London & the south-east, Bristol area, Birmingham and surrounding areas, Manchester and surrounding areas, Leeds and surrounding areas.

Companies with a turnover of between £1.5M & £10.0M will all be considered.

A strong recurring revenue base is essential. We are also prepared to consider the on-going participation of the senior directors within the business.
